We recognise that holidays are a very important part of our employee remuneration packages and that holidays are significant in achieving a good work/life balance. You can take a salary sacrifice in exchange for up to 5 days holiday in addition to your normal holiday entitlement, and spread the cost across the year.
Childcare vouchers are a great way for employers to give working parents help with dependent children. You don’t pay tax or National Insurance on childcare vouchers so you can save up to almost £1000 per parent, per year.
Savings are available with around 2900 national health clubs, leisure centres, yoga studios, independent clubs and more! This offer covers most national chains and many local authority and independent gyms. The discount is not only open to employees but with most gyms, will also be extended to any family members living at the same address.

Elliott look after the health and safety of all their employees really well and if you have a concern or issue, you are not wary about bringing it to the managers’ attention.  All the management are approachable and helpful, as are the office staff.
